Terms and Service

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in MAGICLIGHT（HK）LIMITED (“Magiclight,” “we,” or “us”) and our website at www.magiclight.ai, along with our related websites www.magiclight.ai, hosted applications, and other services provided by us (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and Magiclight regarding your use of the Service.

  1. Magiclight Service Overview. Magiclight’s Service allows users to turn unstructured data into animations. To make use of the Service, you will be required to provide data such as text or image to describe your input. We will then use our proprietary methodology to turn your input data into any expected form of file (Animations) and send the file back to you.

  2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service.

  3. Accounts and Registration. To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, not misleading, and will be kept accurate and up to date.

  4. General Payment Terms. Certain features of the Service may require you to pay fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specifically provided for in these Terms.

  5. Licenses (1) Limited License. Magiclight grants you a limited license to access and use the Service. (2) License Restrictions. Except as allowed by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, or make modifications to the Service without permission. (3) Feedback. You grant Magiclight a license to use any feedback provided.

  6. Ownership; Proprietary Rights. The Service and its materials are owned by Magiclight and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  7. Third-Party Software. The Service may include third-party software components under licenses that allow broader rights.

  8. Captures and Assets (1) You retain copyrights and other proprietary rights in your Captures. (2) Submitting Captures grants Magiclight a license to use them according to these Terms. You represent that you have rights to submit your Captures. (3) Monitoring Captures. Magiclight may monitor any Captures.

  9. Email Communications. We may send you emails regarding the Service.

  10. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of laws.

  11. Modification of Terms. We may change these Terms and will notify you of material changes.

  12. Indemnity. You are responsible for your use of the Service, and you will defend and indemnify Magiclight against claims connected to your use.

  13. Disclaimers; No Warranties by Magiclight. The Service is provided "as is." Magiclight disclaims all warranties.

  14. Limitation of Liability. Magiclight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

  16. Miscellaneous. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
