MAGICLIGHT（HK）LIMITED , together with its affiliates ( "Magiclight", "we", "us") values the privacy of individuals who use our animations generation service, and any of our other websites, applications, or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Service"). The Service allows users that have created an account with us ("Users", "you") to create images and animations by submitting texts, image, radio, and videos to us. This Privacy Policy (" Policy") is designed to explain how we collect, use, and share information from Users of the Service. By agreeing to this Policy in your account setup or by using the Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Information You Provide Us

• To operate, maintain, enhance and provide features of the Service, to provide services and information that you request, to respond to comments and questions, and otherwise to provide support to users.

Use and Storage of Facial Data

Our application, in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, may utilize users’ facial data for the following specific purpose:

• Reference Image Generation: When users voluntarily upload facial images, these images are used solely as reference material, in combination with user-provided prompts, to generate corresponding character images.
• Commitments: Facial images uploaded by users are never stored, cached, or permanently retained.
• Such images are processed exclusively in real time during character generation and are permanently deleted once the process is complete.
• Facial data will never be used for advertising, marketing, analytics, profiling, or any purpose beyond the stated functionality.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

• To our third-party service providers who provide services such as website hosting, data analysis, customer service, email delivery, auditing, advertising, and other services.
• With marketing services companies so they may market directly to you. You may opt out of this if so desired.
• To a potential or actual acquirer, successor, or assignee as part of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock.
• If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is appropriate.

In addition, we may use third party analytics vendors to evaluate and provide us with information about your use of the Service.

USERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18

Our website is not intended for users under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on the Website.

Our Service utilizes YouTube API Services to allow you to connect your Magiclight account to your YouTube channel and seamlessly upload your generated animations and videos.

YOUR CHOICES

You may, of course, decline to share certain information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality of the Service.

INTERNATIONAL CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER

Magiclight uses servers hosted in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of the United States.
